Ingredients
16 oz cottage cheese
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1 tablespoon DIY ranch seasoning (garlic powder, onion powder, dried parsley)
1/4 cup fresh dill, chopped
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
Place the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt into a blender or food processor.
Process on high speed for 1-2 minutes until the cottage cheese curds are completely smooth and the mixture is velvety.
Transfer the blended base to a mixing bowl.
Stir in the ranch seasoning, fresh dill, and lemon juice.
Taste and season with salt and pepper as needed.
Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes to allow the flavors to meld before serving.
Notes
Ensure you use a high-speed blender for the smoothest texture. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. If using dried dill instead of fresh, use only 1-2 teaspoons.
