Ingredients
16 oz frozen edamame pods
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
1 teaspoon flaky sea salt
1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes
Instructions
Bring a pot of water to a boil and steam the frozen edamame pods for 5 minutes until tender.
Drain the edamame thoroughly and pat dry with a paper towel.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the warm edamame with the toasted sesame oil, flaky sea salt, and chili flakes until evenly coated.
Divide the seasoned edamame into 4 individual airtight snack cups.
Allow to cool to room temperature before sealing and refrigerating.
Notes
