Ingredients
1 lb Sirloin Steak
2 cups Jasmine Rice (uncooked)
3 cups Broccoli Florets
2 large Bell Peppers, sliced
3 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Garlic Powder
2 tbsp Olive Oil
Instructions
Cook the jasmine rice according to package directions and set aside.
Slice the sirloin steak thinly against the grain and season with garlic powder.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over high heat and sear the steak until browned and cooked through, then remove from heat.
In the same skillet, add the remaining oil and stir-fry the broccoli florets and sliced peppers for 3-5 minutes until crisp-tender.
